Action Tools Corporation is certified to ISO 9001:2008 and has been manufacturing tool-holders for 15 years. Most of these are exported, including to advanced manufacturing nations such as Germany and Japan.
Stringent quality control procedures for material, manufacturing, testing and inspection ensure that hardness, dimensional, balance and run-out specifications are met.
All BT tool-holders stocked by Impact Tools are coolant through and are manufactured to JIS B6339. MTA Morse Taper Adaptor, DIN 6383. For holding Morse taper mounted tools such as drills, reamers end-mills etc.
Case hardened to HRC60, these holders have a runout <.005mm
