All Collets stocked by Impact Tools are manufactured to DIN 6499. Manufactured from alloy spring steel, they have a dimensional accuracy of < ± .01mm. They are suited to boring, milling, reaming, tapping and grinding.ER32 Collets, DIN6499. For the ER32 Collet chuck, these items have an overall range from 1mm to 20mm.

The “d” dimension is always the open (maximum) position, with the minimum aperture size being 1mm less, giving each collet a 1mm range.
